Silverline Partners LLC provides custom software development, SaaS engineering, and related IT services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for engagements are defined in separate written agreements or statements of work.
2. Eligibility

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
